Coach, strenght & engine
Mario builds durable strength and a steady engine for long courses. Expect smart programming around bucket and sandbag carries, farmer walks, tire drags, and hill repeats—always with clean posture, grip economy, and safe progression. He’s results-driven but approachable, helping experienced racers sharpen speed while keeping newer athletes injury-free.
